How do I add my first family members?

After creating your account, you'll start by adding yourself, then expand from there.

Adding Yourself When you first sign in, you'll be prompted to add yourself as the starting person. Enter your name and any details you want to include.

Adding Parents

1. Go to your person page
2. Click "Add Parent"
3. Enter their name and details
4. Repeat for your other parent

Adding a Spouse

1. Go to your person page
2. Click "Add Spouse"
3. Enter their name and details
4. Optionally add marriage date and place

Adding Children

1. Go to either parent's page
2. Click "Add Child"
3. Enter the child's name and details
4. Select both parents if applicable

Tips

• You don't need complete information—add what you know now
• Use the tree view to visualize relationships as you build
• AI can help fill in gaps later from documents you upload
