Why isn't the extension working on some websites?

Sites Where Extensions Don't Work

• Chrome Web Store pages
• Chrome settings pages (chrome://)
• Some bank and financial sites
• PDF files opened in Chrome

This is a Chrome security feature, not a GTF limitation.

Common Issues

Side panel won't open

• Make sure you're not on a restricted page

• Try refreshing the page
• Check that the extension is enabled in chrome://extensions

Capture button doesn't work

• Refresh the page and try again
• Check your internet connection
• Make sure you're signed in

Images won't capture

• Some sites block image downloads
• Try right-click → "Save image as" first to test
• The image may be protected by the website
